What is, “Gallery Wrapping” and What’s a “Gicle’e”?
A Gallery Wrapped Canvas Print, (Called a Gicle’e)
Note: Galleries call them a “Gicle’e (Pronounced jhick clay)
What’s a “Gicle’e”?
A true Gicle’e is one where the print is of a super high quality 100 year Archival Ink and Canvas and done on a printer designed for High Quality Gicle’e Printing!
The Canvas is then Stretched Real Tight, over an “Inner Wooden Frame” and “WRAPPED” around to the Back (wall side) of the Wooden Inner Frame, Stretched Tightly and
Secured to the back of the Wooden Fame.
Looks Great, Pops off your wall about an inch,
Giving your art or photo a 3D effect.
Needs no hanging hardware.
Because of its shape it hangs onto one common nail.
You never have to Shell out Money or
Waste Time Shopping for a Decorative Outer Frame!
Your choice of Gallery Wrapping “with Border” or
“No Border” and Border Color!
Notice below, Pictures #2, and #4 have a Black Border Around the Sides of the Framed Canvas Photo or Artwork,
but not Picture #1. Beach Girl, It has No Border around the sides.
Instead the Photo or Art is continued down the sides and onto the back (wall side) of the frame where the Canvas is, tightly secured.
Picture #3 Island Girl Is Not Gallery Wrapped! It is Stretched and mounted and prepared to be inserted into a Decorative Outer Frame!

You can choose to have, a “BORDER” of any Color.
Black is most popular and goes with everything,
But a Color that’s taken (sampled) from within your Photo or Artwork is more Dramatic and always matches Your Art Perfectly.
